        We provide flexible working hours and for employees who are able to work a set shift between the hours of 2:30 PM and 11 PM (shift premium will be provided).




We are a fast-paced, highly motivated team of individuals, looking for a Welding Robot Operator/ Panasonic Welder to join our growing team.



        Operate welding robot according to specifications to meet daily production targets

        Apply adjustments to weld settings and monitor robotic welding production line

        Set up parts and components in a jig or fixtures for welding, start-up, and shutdown

        Loading/ unloading and operating a single robot welding cell

        Inspect welded work pieces to ensure they meet product specifications

        Create welding programs

        Operate equipment in compliance with safety procedures and requirements, ensuring that all PPE required is used.




        Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

        3-5 years experience operating welding robot equipment, including making program modifications and adjustments

        Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding of thin gauge stainless steel

        Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, and technical manuals

        Ability to work from verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision.

        Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; strong attention to detail.

        Ability to use a variety of hand and measurement tools

        Excellent communication skills in English required (verbal and written), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills required.

        Strong team player with the ability to work independently; flexible to work various shifts and tasks as assigned.

        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly within a shift.




        Position Type: Permanent, Full Time: Afternoon/Day Shift

        Vacancy: (1) Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

        Salary: TBD per hour plus shift premium, for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

        Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
