Salary position $35,000-$40,000 annually DOE. Plus benefits and potential for bonus.

Job Description:

Canada’s insurance flooring evaluation service located in Alliston is now hiring. 

Duties to include:

•  Customer service; handle inquiries from ICC Flooring retailers, insurance company adjusters and contractors.

•  Evaluate soft and hard surface flooring samples using the established methods of analysis to determine Like, Kind and Quality.

•  Provide a flooring replacement recommendation by determining best match of sample specifications.

•  Work as team and communicate with fellow analysts regarding recommendations given to ensure consistency in validation reports.

•  Complete online invoice reviews.

•  File samples and paperwork as required.

•  Assist with continuous improvement activities to improve quality and efficiency of reports. 

 

Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivalent required, some college or university preferred and two years of job related customer service experience required; preferably in the flooring industry

  Detail orientated and able to make informed decisions

  Ability to grasp ideas and concepts quickly

  Work well under pressure

  Ability to work independently and/or a team environment
