What you'll do

Our Administrative team is the key driving force of our business.   

Our Underwriting Compliance Specialist will be organized, ambitious and a knowledgeable self-starter. During your contract, you will be designated to support and assist our Mortgage Planners throughout the sales process.

This contract is required for our corporate head office in Barrie, Ontario. 

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:  

  • Primary "go to" person for Mortgage Planner sales support
  • Primary “go to” person for completed files, including lawyer communication
  • Preparation of all client signing packages
  • Upload and organize all client documentation
  • Manage and update company CRM system(s)
  • Manage all appraisal transactions
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Familiar with residential and commercial mortgage lending requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow a defined set of procedures, work is routine and production oriented.
