Work Schedule:

Biweekly rotation - days 7:00am-3:00pm and afternoons 3:00pm-11:00pm

Hourly Wage:

Pay Structure: 27.25/hr – $31.25/hr, Depending on experience

Additional benefits include an incentive bonus worth 7.5% base salary, immediate coverage of our full time associate benefit plan, a company paid pension plan worth 5% of base salary, and an afternoon shift premium of $0.60/hour and $0.80/hour for midnight shift. All tools and uniforms supplied.

Position Summary:  Performs maintenance duties required in order to maintain facilities and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, rebuild, maintain and test production and facilities equipment.
  • Interpret mechanical and engineering blueprints, drawings and schematics.
  • Working knowledge, understanding and troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical operations, fire protection systems and HVAC

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Industrial Mechanic/Millwright (433A License).
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering  Technology or 2-3+ years related experience would be an asset.
  • Experience in use of machine tools (lathe, mill, surface grinder, cut-off tools, etc.), hand and power tools.
  • Skilled at effective communications with people at all levels of the organization.
