Upkeeps’ 2022 Spring Recruitment is now open and we’re looking for positive and hard working individuals to join our Seasonal Home Maintenance teams.

Upkeep provides the highest quality residential window and eavestrough (gutter) cleaning services to our clients in Barrie, and the surrounding areas of Springwater, Oro-Medonte, and Innisfil, to ensure their homes look their best and are well-maintained.

Full- and part-time positions are available immediately, with the opportunity to continue working with us through the summer and fall seasons.

We offer a progressive performance-based pay structure that compensates you a percentage of each job, designed so you earn at least $18.00-$20.00/hour on average, with guaranteed minimum of $16.00/hour. As you gain experience and work more efficiently, you’ll earn more. Tips are also not uncommon and are shared among the technicians on the job.

Transportation to and from job sites can be provided if you reside in, or can reliably make the morning commute to, Barrie. Due to the nature of work, you should be comfortable working on ladders, at heights of up to 2 storeys, and safely carrying and setting up ladders (up to 60 lbs). Work and safety training, and all required equipment, will be provided.
