Joining Oatley Vigmond means being part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in an entry‑level, hands‑on support role. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, dependable, and interested in learning how a professional marketing and business development team operates.

This is a support‑focused role, with training and guidance provided. You will assist with coordinating marketing activities, events, and digital updates, helping to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize marketing inventory and the marketing storage room

Digital & Intake Support

  • Assist with basic website updates, directory listings, and digital housekeeping
  • Support lead generation and intake‑related marketing tasks
  • Assist with social media scheduling, blog uploads, and other digital updates as needed
  • Conduct basic research to support marketing initiatives and opportunities

Day in the life

You might spend your morning preparing materials for an upcoming conference or coordinating deliveries, then move into updating marketing trackers or assisting with website or directory updates. On other days, you may support event setup, organize marketing assets, or assist the team with campaign preparation. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of marketing and event activities.

What We are Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or coordination role (co‑op or internship experience considered)
  • Recent or upcoming graduates of a marketing or related program are encouraged to apply

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing assigned tasks with guidance and support
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in marketing, events, or business development is an asset
  • Experience with social media or digital tools is an asset, but not required
  • Asset: An interest in or understanding of sports is highly valued

Why Join Us?

  • Work with one of Ontario’s most respected personal injury law firms
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive marketing team
