Delivery Driver | Barrie

Location: Barrie, ON
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hourly Rate: $24/hour, plus bonus opportunities
Hours: 6am start until route completion
Service Area: Local and regional routes, up to approximately 3 hours from Barrie

Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled deliveries to customers along assigned routes in a safe and timely manner.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Load, secure, and organize products within the delivery vehicle for efficient unloading.
- Support customers with unloading and ensure products are placed correctly at delivery sites.
- Process product returns and handle unsatisfactory shipments as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
- Share customer comments or concerns with the Customer Service Supervisor or Sales Team.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Previous delivery or commercial driving experience is an asset.
Forklift certification and experience operating both indoor and outdoor forklifts is considered an asset.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
