Dates and Times Required: June 28 – June 29, 2025

About the Opportunity:

Headwaters Medieval Faire is gearing up for a spectacular event, and we need your help to make it happen! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our festival team for a fun-filled weekend of entertainment. This is a great opportunity to work in a lively and festive environment, surrounded by the magic of the Headwaters Medieval Faire. Learn more about the event

Headwaters Medieval Faire – Orangeville, ON

Parking Assistants (5 Positions)
Duties: Direct traffic safely as vehicles enter the fairgrounds, ensuring speeds are maintained between 5-10 KM/hr. Use flags to guide vehicles and wear the provided safety gear.

Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to 3 PM (may extend to 4 PM).

Entrance Staff (4 Positions)
Duties: Scan tickets, distribute wristbands, and welcome guests with a smile.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 3 PM (may extend to 4 PM).

Cashier (2 Positions)
Duties: Handle ticket sales transactions efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 3 PM. (may extend to 4 PM)

What We Offer: (all positions)

– Competitive pay at minimum wage.

Requirements:

– Must be friendly, punctual, and reliable.
– Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
– Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
