The Front Sales and Service coordinator is responsible for the provision of head lice removal services, coordination of services, responding to inbound calls for service and customer service. Additional duties include fulfillment of product orders for shipping.
- Provides assistance, support and collaboration on any task as needed by the corporation and all levels of staff. This position operates in a team environment and operates among other corporate field coordinators.
- Interacts with customers by telephone and electronically to provide information, referrals, service bookings and product order requests.
- Being a trained TLC consultant (Technical Lice Certified), this position will also be responsible for the provision of head lice removal services, invoicing the client using Lice Squad’s Customer Reservation Management System (CRM), closing orders, educating clientele on best practices in eradicating head lice, recommending and selling the Super Hero product line, accepting payment for each service call, completing worksheets, and adhering to sanitization protocols.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: $17-18 per hour
