This role is responsible for the provision of head lice removal services, coordination of services, answering and dispatching customer calls for service,  and assisting with product sales and product order shipping and fulfillment.  Works with critical key roles and sub-roles to ensure extraordinary customer service and day to day operations.

 Qualifications

 The incumbent will be trained and become a Mucci certified Lice Squad Consultant.  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

The individual filling this role is highly organized with the ability to multitask and time manage with a customer focused, positive and empathetic attitude.

The incumbent should be skilled in managing workflow and setting priorities and regularly take initiative to keep the clinic and service flow organized and running efficiently.

Experience in a hair salon or as a PSW is ideal.

Working conditions            

 This is an hourly Part-Time position working 2-3 days per week during daytime hours. Occasional shift adjustment may be required in order to facilitate the company’s needs.
