Job Description – Customer Service Representative

Salary: Monday to Friday $40,000.00/year

Job Summary

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. They must be customer-focused, be able to exercise diplomacy, and have personal accountability while being able to work with a team. They must have strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

■ Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for inquiries, collaborate on questions and project needs and concerns with Customers, Sales, Pre-Press, Accounting, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Management Departments

■ Meticulously document and enter incoming sales orders into Job Tickets, including pricing confirmation, quantity, product specifications, packaging, shipping & delivery information; maintain & manage customer profiles in MIS system.  Maintain and communicate customer status and inventory reports.

■ Participate in production status meetings, QC meetings; provide suggestions for improvements to processes and procedures to ensure continual customer improvements, experiences and enhancements

■ Display a positive, helpful attitude to help create a friendly environment for clients and co-workers

Education, Experience & Requirements

■ Have customer service experience, preferably in label or print industry. Be people-oriented, customer focused, and assertive in servicing existing clients

■ Hold a High School Diploma

■ Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision

■ Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills

■ Have computer proficiency, preferably in Microsoft Office programs Requirements and be able to communicate fluently in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
