This is a people-focused role where the ability to engage, educate, and inspire customers is key to success. Their partners are PC Financial and Canadian Tire Bank depending on the area of interest.

Position: Sales Representative (Retail)

• Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
• $17.75/hour + uncapped commission
• Flexible scheduling (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Paid Training

Ideal Candidates

• Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and motivated by performance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required
• Energetic, approachable, and confident, engaging customers on the retail floor

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain financial products in a clear and relatable way
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Serve as the in-store product expert
• Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from introduction to application
• Build positive relationships with customers and store teams
