Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting production processes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and safety are paramount. The Production Operator will play a vital part in maintaining efficient production workflows and delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
• Safely handle chemical raw materials.
• Follow safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Record production data, weights, and QC observations accurately.
• Assist with material receiving, inventory, and WH tasks.
• Operate and monitor mixing, blending and dispensing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies or safety hazards.

Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude – comfortable working with industrial equipment.
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs. throughout the shift.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to learn and grow.
• WHMIS, 1st aid cert. is a bonus.
