Rewind Machine Operator

Northern Label Group Inc. is a high-quality manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels in the prime label and flexible packaging market. We are seeking a detail-oriented Rewind Machine Operator to run press rolls through the rewind machine, producing finished rolls per specifications. This is a full-time afternoon position with benefits package available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up rewind machines according to quality and production standards
• Load raw materials and unload finished rolls safely and efficiently
• Adjust machine settings such as tension, speed, width, and alignment
• Measure and verify roll dimensions, weight, and other quality requirements
• Maintain accurate production records, including a quality checklist
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and customer specifications
• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or quality problems to supervisors and team members

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Some physical requirements – bending/lifting
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop new skills; on-the-job training provided
