Splash and Learn Customer Service and Swimming Instructors Positions

Swim Instructor positions, candidates are required to have their National Lifeguard (NLS) certification as well as their Swim Instructor certification. Previous swim instruction experience is an asset.

Front Desk / Swimmer Care Team positions, no certifications are required. Primarily looking for individuals with strong customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills who enjoy working with families and children. Training will be provided using iClass registration system, their programs and level structure, front desk procedures, and internal policies and processes.

Aquatic Supervisor position, candidates are required to have National Lifeguard (NLS) and Swim Instructor certifications, along with relevant aquatic leadership or supervisory experience. Training for Aquatic staff, will be provided on our teaching methodology, lesson planning, skill progression, safety procedures, and processes.
