Supervisor & Crew Member – Full Time or Part Time (Hiring Multiple)

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Food Preparation and Presentation: Assist in preparing and presenting our diverse range of food and beverages according to barBURRITO\’s standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness standards in all areas, including the kitchen, dining, and service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a supportive, positive work environment.
• Stock Management: Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
• Adherence to Procedures: Follow established procedures and protocols for food handling, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Food handler certification – an asset.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to barBURRITO\’s standards and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
