Duties & Responsibilities

• Must be mechanically inclined, as you will be building generators
• Previous experience wiring with DC power
• Previous experience wiring electrical panels would be an asset
• Fine manual dexterity skills a must
• Previous experience using hand/power/pneumatic tools
• Ability to work directly with assembly employees to resolve concerns
• Organize parts to be entered into ERP
• Constant and direct communication with departments and demonstrates the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to changing circumstances
• Monitor general activities in the department
• Ability to act independently with little direction and suggest continuous improvement initiatives
• Work within the parameters of Company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience considered an asset
• Computer skills would be an asset
• Must be able to stand all day
