Floater Position

Responsibilities: To learn to set-up/change over, and operate a wide variety of equipment.

Equipment includes: Roll formers, presses, brake presses, piercers, sheer, laser cutter, part specific equipment

Benefits: after 3 months

Bonus Plan: begins calculating after 3 months, pays out twice per year.

Overtime: paid after 40 hours, not 44

Hourly wage incrementally increases to $20/hour as skills and abilities improve/increase

Annual increases across the board normally every year from 2% to 4%

Looking for individual with:

-Set-up/change-over experience with factory equipment a must.

-High mechanical aptitude

-Machine operator experience

-Ability to learn and retain required training

-Provide excellent attendance

-Works well in team environment.
